Shipping policy
At GN 1917, we strive to deliver your products in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Delivery charges as applicable may be charged for your orders.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order you placed. Once we dispatch the item(s), you will receive a WhatsApp message containing the shipping details. Kindly note that the AWB (delivery tracking codes) might take time to update from the courier's end, although the package could already have been picked up.
1. Delivery Partner
We use Delhivery / Amazon Shipping as our official courier partners for all deliveries.
2. Serviceable Locations
We currently ship to addresses within India, and to selective countries where our goods are accepted.
3. Dispatch Timelines
We dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date the order is placed. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partner, and transit times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays. Please note that we promise dispatch timelines only; actual delivery dates are subject to the courier's schedule and are not guaranteed by us.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping.
Flat Rate Shipping: Orders below ₹500 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹75.
5. Cash on Delivery
We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
6. Delays & Compensation
In the rare event of a delay caused by courier issues or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide store credits for future purchases.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
You are required to provide proper and complete shipping information at the time of placing your order. Once the products are dispatched or out for delivery, you shall not change, modify, or edit the shipping address.
If the courier service returns the product due to incorrect shipping information, we regret the inconvenience. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or claim arising from incorrect shipping information provided when placing the order.
